7月22日“鎂匠計劃” 系列培訓活動拉開帷幕,旨在通過系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化的培養(yǎng)模式,幫助新入職的管培生和實習生快速融入企業(yè)環(huán)境、提升專業(yè)技能。本次培訓邀請各部門管理人員講解,此次系列培訓內(nèi)容豐富且針對性強,涵蓋安全規(guī)范、企業(yè)認知、生產(chǎn)實踐、職業(yè)規(guī)劃等核心內(nèi)容,為培育高素質(zhì)鎂業(yè)人才奠定堅實基礎。
安全培訓聚焦車間安全生產(chǎn),通過車間熟悉、危險源講解以及安全制度培訓,從安全核心要點出發(fā),強化新員工“安全第一” 的意識,為他們在后續(xù)工作中筑牢安全防線。企業(yè)文化與公司制度培訓,以專題講解、案例分享形式,助力新員工了解公司的企業(yè)文化和各項制度,從而快速認可并融入公司。職業(yè)發(fā)展相關板塊,通過職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃引導新員工明確從學生到職場人的身份轉變,在職業(yè)中規(guī)劃未來發(fā)展目標。
業(yè)務與產(chǎn)品方面,業(yè)務介紹及產(chǎn)品制作工藝講解讓新員工了解公司產(chǎn)品,熟知業(yè)務鏈條。盛鎂廠區(qū)整體參觀以及蘭炭廠、煤場參觀活動,幫助新員工了解公司的工藝流程及產(chǎn)品,熟知煤場生產(chǎn)工藝及產(chǎn)品相關內(nèi)容,同時明晰作業(yè)規(guī)范。
培訓還發(fā)布了小組作業(yè)課題及辯論賽題目,以此鍛煉新員工的小組領導力、組織能力、邏輯思維及語言表達能力。
此次“鎂匠計劃”系列培訓通過精準化的課程設計與實踐性的教學方式,實現(xiàn)了理論與實踐的有機融合。為新員工快速融入崗位、實現(xiàn)職業(yè)成長提供了有力支撐。未來,企業(yè)將持續(xù)推進計劃實施,完善人才培育體系,為鎂業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入源源不斷的人才動力。
On 22 July, the Magnesium Artisan Program launched its inaugural training series. Designed around a systematic and professional framework, the program accelerates the integration of new management-trainees and interns while sharpening their technical expertise. Led by managers from every department, the curriculum is both broad and targeted, covering safety, corporate orientation, production practice, and career planning—laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-caliber magnesium-industry talent.
Safety training anchored the day. Facility walk-throughs, hazard briefings, and a deep dive into safety protocols instilled a “Safety First” mindset that will protect every participant on the job. A culture & governance module used focused lectures and real-world cases to help newcomers internalize the company’s values and policies, speeding up their sense of belonging. Career-development sessions guided them through the transition from student to professional and helped them chart future milestones.
Business & product segments provided end-to-end visibility of the company’s portfolio and value chain. Guided tours of the Shengmei plant, the semi-coke facility, and the coal yard revealed process flows, product specs, and operating standards in context.
To round out the experience, team-based assignments and debate topics were issued to strengthen leadership, organization, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
By blending precision-designed coursework with hands-on learning, the series achieved seamless integration of theory and practice, equipping new employees to hit the ground running. The company will continue to refine the Magnesium Artisan Program, ensuring a steady stream of talent to power the high-quality development of the magnesium industry.
