會上,班超集團(tuán)常務(wù)副總裁劉古鋒指出,在當(dāng)今競爭激烈的商業(yè)環(huán)境中,人才無疑是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心驅(qū)動力,公司高度重視青年員工的成長和發(fā)展,“鎂匠計(jì)劃”就是為了培養(yǎng)一批既懂技術(shù)、又有夢想的人才,讓他們成為集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的核心力量。 他強(qiáng)調(diào),班超集團(tuán)未來將重點(diǎn)向上游礦產(chǎn)開發(fā)、新工藝、新技術(shù)、下游鎂合金應(yīng)用等領(lǐng)域拓展,而人才正是支撐這一戰(zhàn)略落地的 “基石”,鼓勵新員工積極探索,實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值,做好專業(yè)知識與工作內(nèi)容的有機(jī)融合。

針對新員工關(guān)注的職業(yè)發(fā)展問題,劉古鋒從價(jià)值觀、性格、能力三方面進(jìn)行引導(dǎo):價(jià)值觀是人們認(rèn)定事物、判定是非的一種思維方式,代表了人們最基本的信念,是基于人的思維感官之上而做出的認(rèn)知、理解、判斷或選擇,只有員工深刻理解企業(yè)的使命與愿景激發(fā)內(nèi)在動力,個(gè)人價(jià)值觀與企業(yè)價(jià)值觀深度融合才能使團(tuán)隊(duì)形成強(qiáng)大合力,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效協(xié)作;性格本無絕對的優(yōu)劣之分,關(guān)鍵在于“合適的人置于合適的位置”,唯有做到知人善用、尊重個(gè)體差異,才能凝聚協(xié)作合力,而當(dāng)員工在擅長的領(lǐng)域施展才能時(shí),不僅能最大化釋放自身優(yōu)勢,更能有效提升工作效率與質(zhì)量;“人盡其才則皆為人才”,只有讓個(gè)人的執(zhí)行能力優(yōu)勢與工作需求精準(zhǔn)匹配,才能為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造最大價(jià)值。最后,他衷心祝愿每位員工都能擁有蓬勃向上的職業(yè)人生,在每個(gè)成長階段都能遇見更好的自己。

To help new employees quickly integrate into the corporate culture and clarify their career trajectories, BanChao Group convened the 2025 “Magnesium Artisan Program” forum on the morning of July 28. The session took place in the fourth-floor conference room of BanChao Tower and focused on in-depth exchanges covering corporate strategy, career development, and the future outlook of the magnesium industry.
At the forum, Executive Vice President Liu Gufeng emphasized that in today’s fiercely competitive business environment, talent is the core driver of enterprise growth. BanChao places the highest priority on the development of young professionals, and the “Magnesium Artisan Program” is designed to cultivate a cohort of technically proficient, visionary individuals who will become the backbone of the Group’s industrial chain. He noted that BanChao’s future strategic priorities include upstream mineral development, innovative processes and technologies, and downstream applications of magnesium alloys. Talent, he stressed, is the “cornerstone” for translating these plans into reality, and he encouraged new employees to explore boldly, realize their personal value, and achieve seamless integration of expertise with on-the-job demands.
During the open discussion, new hires spoke enthusiastically. They said that BanChao’s youthful team atmosphere quickly dispelled first-day nerves and allowed them to assimilate smoothly. Through training and hands-on practice they have already engaged with a wide range of tasks, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Group’s operations and describing the overall onboarding experience as highly rewarding. They also offered suggestions on talent cultivation, learning opportunities, and employee well-being.
Addressing questions about career development, Liu Gufeng provided guidance along three dimensions—values, personality, and capability:
Values shape how we perceive issues and make decisions; they are our most fundamental beliefs, formed through cognition, understanding, and choice. Only when employees internalize the company’s mission and vision can their personal values fully align with corporate values, unleashing intrinsic motivation and forging a powerful, cohesive team.
No personality trait is inherently superior; the key is “placing the right person in the right role.” Respecting individual differences and leveraging each person’s strengths maximizes both personal potential and organizational efficiency.
“When every talent is utilized to the fullest, everyone becomes talent.” Precisely matching individual strengths with job requirements creates maximum value for the enterprise.
He concluded by wishing every employee a vibrant and upward career journey, expressing his hope that each of them will meet an even better version of themselves at every stage of growth.
