7月20日上午,2025年班超集團(tuán) “鎂匠計(jì)劃”集訓(xùn)營(yíng)開(kāi)營(yíng)儀式在盛鎂鎂業(yè)三樓會(huì)議室隆重舉行,標(biāo)志著本年度管培生、實(shí)習(xí)生培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃正式全面啟動(dòng),也代表著班超集團(tuán)在人才儲(chǔ)備與培養(yǎng)的道路上又邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)一步。
儀式上,班超集團(tuán)副總裁兼鎂基事業(yè)部董事長(zhǎng)王杰深入系統(tǒng)地闡述了“鎂匠計(jì)劃”的頂層設(shè)計(jì)理念,讓在場(chǎng)的新員工們對(duì)這一計(jì)劃有了清晰的認(rèn)知。他著重強(qiáng)調(diào)其在人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略意義,結(jié)合未來(lái)規(guī)劃及成長(zhǎng)期許,向年輕一代送上了殷切寄語(yǔ),讓新員工們深受鼓舞。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛熱烈,新員工通過(guò)創(chuàng)意十足的視頻形式完成自我介紹,同步開(kāi)展班委與小組長(zhǎng)民主推選,為團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與分層培養(yǎng)筑牢了初始根基。隨后,公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為28名新員工送上入職大禮包,代表著他們正式成為“鎂匠大家庭”一員,開(kāi)啟職業(yè)生涯的新篇章。

On the morning of 20 July 2025, the opening ceremony of the “Magnesium Artisan Program” boot camp was grandly held in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium, officially launching this year’s management-trainee and intern development scheme and marking another solid stride for Banchao Group in talent acquisition and cultivation.
During the ceremony, Mr. Wang Jie, Vice President of Banchao Group and Chairman of the Magnesium Division, delivered a comprehensive exposition of the program’s top-level design, giving every new employee a crystal-clear understanding of its vision. He underscored its strategic importance in building a robust talent pipeline, outlined the company’s long-term plans and expectations, and shared heartfelt encouragement with the younger generation—an address that deeply inspired the newcomers.
The atmosphere was electric. New hires introduced themselves through inventive videos, democratically elected class committees and team leaders, and thus laid the first stones for collaboration and tiered development. Company executives then presented each of the 28 newcomers with an onboarding gift package, formally welcoming them into the “Magnesium Artisan family” and ushering them into the next chapter of their careers.
As the pivotal starting point of the program, the ceremony conveyed corporate values, strengthened organizational identity, built an efficient team structure, and showcased the professionalism of Banchao’s talent-development system. Moving forward, the Magnesium Artisan Program will advance along three core tracks—technical skill enhancement, real-world business drills, and professional-culture forging—supported by mentoring, job rotation, and rigorous assessment mechanisms.
