為確保精益管理扎實(shí)落地,公司成立了精益管理推行辦,并劃定7個(gè)精益樣板區(qū)。班超集團(tuán)總裁劉貴平為樣板區(qū)授旗,這一儀式不僅是一份榮譽(yù),更是一份責(zé)任,樣板區(qū)將作為“先鋒陣地”,帶動(dòng)全公司邁向精益化。隨后樣板區(qū)上臺(tái)展示風(fēng)采,展現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)風(fēng)貌與推行決心。
主持人宣讀第一期樣板區(qū)排名及獲獎(jiǎng)名單,公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場頒獎(jiǎng),既是對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)樣板區(qū)的肯定,也激勵(lì)其他樣板區(qū)迎頭趕上。

標(biāo)桿精益公司董事長郭光宇對(duì)班超集團(tuán)啟動(dòng)精益管理項(xiàng)目表示祝賀,并結(jié)合自身豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分享了精益管理在企業(yè)實(shí)踐中的關(guān)鍵要點(diǎn)和寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他表示,相信班超集團(tuán)通過此次項(xiàng)目一定能取得顯著成效,標(biāo)桿精益公司將全力支持班超集團(tuán)的精益管理項(xiàng)目。
班超集團(tuán)總裁劉貴平對(duì)精益管理后續(xù)工作提出了要求與期望。他指出,一是“全參與”從一線到管理崗,人人要融入,把精益思維落進(jìn)日常。二是 “重實(shí)效”,不搞形式主義,每一項(xiàng)改善都要落到實(shí)處。三是 “強(qiáng)協(xié)同”,各部門要加強(qiáng)聯(lián)動(dòng)、協(xié)調(diào)溝通,保障項(xiàng)目順推。他強(qiáng)調(diào),全體人員要將精益內(nèi)化為日常工作習(xí)慣,自覺追求精益管理,各樣板區(qū)要持續(xù)發(fā)揮標(biāo)桿作用,做好自身工作的同時(shí),還要輸出經(jīng)驗(yàn)與模式,帶動(dòng)更多區(qū)域共同進(jìn)步,通過精益管理項(xiàng)目,大幅提升公司管理水平與競爭力,讓公司因精益管理在行業(yè)中更出彩。

On the afternoon of 13 August, Banchao Group convened the kick-off meeting for its Lean Management Initiative in the conference hall on the third floor of Shengmei Magnesium. The gathering brought together senior leadership, division heads, employee representatives, and external lean experts to witness the launch of a company-wide drive for efficiency, cost reduction, process optimisation, and a safer, cleaner workplace—laying a robust foundation for sustainable growth.
To ensure the initiative takes root, a Lean Management Office has been established and seven model zones designated. President Liu Guiping presented each zone with its banner—a ceremony that conferred both honour and obligation. These zones will serve as “vanguard outposts,” spearheading the company’s journey toward lean excellence. Each team then took the stage to showcase its spirit and commitment.
The host announced the rankings and awards for the first-phase model zones; senior executives presented the prizes on the spot, applauding the winners and spurring the rest to catch up.
Led by the oath-master, every attendee stood, raised their right hand, and recited a resolute pledge—an unmistakable declaration of Banchao people’s dedication to lean transformation and continuous improvement. The oath is both a call to action and a binding promise that unites the entire workforce on this lean voyage.
Guo Guangyu, Chairman of Benchmark Lean, congratulated Banchao Group on the launch. Drawing on extensive experience, he shared critical insights and best practices, affirming his company’s full support for Banchao’s lean journey.
President Liu Guiping outlined three imperatives for the road ahead:
1. Total involvement—from the front line to top management, everyone must internalise lean thinking and apply it daily.
2. Tangible results—eschew tokenism; every improvement must yield measurable value.
3. Strong synergy—departments must collaborate seamlessly to keep the initiative on track.
He stressed that lean must become a daily habit, with model zones continuously setting benchmarks, exporting their methods, and lifting the rest of the organisation. Through this programme, Banchao will markedly enhance its management calibre and competitive edge, distinguishing itself across the industry.
The successful launch meeting has clarified objectives, aligned mindsets, and ignited enthusiasm, signalling Banchao Group’s decisive entry into a new era of lean management.
